Pocono Area Transitional Housing (PATH) began when Church Women United spearheaded a mission to help the growing homeless crisis in 1987. Since 1990, PATH has provided crucial, temporary shelter for families with children that have lost their homes and are trying to build stable, productive lives. Within the safe haven of PATH, over 90,000 people nights have been spent under our roofs.
All of our residents strive for a peaceful home to call their own. The star at the top of the home symbolizes PATH’s encouragement to its’ families to reach for the stars and realize
their dream of a home.
The stone represents the world full of opportunity is at your door. The key to our families’ happiness is within their reach and PATH is here to help. Your purchase of our pin will make a lasting impact on the lives of your neighbors and help make our Pocono community stronger. Thank you.
